Domestic EPC

Whenever you sell or rent out a property, an Energy Performance Certificate (EPC) is needed.  If you are selling a property, it is your responsibility to provide the new owners with a valid EPC.  If you are a landlord, you must provide a valid EPC for your tenants.  Book your EPC by filling in the following form, or calling 0330 222 0019 to arrange your appointment.

A domestic energy assessor is qualified by government standards to produce an EPC.  Every assessor you book through Find EPC is accredited and insured to carry out this work.

Click on your area below, use the contact form or call us to book your EPC assessor.  For most properties there is a standard charge of £46.00.

Energy Performance Certificates will be available within 24 hours of your assessment, but are usually online on the same day.
